Telesales Executive

To support our busy Sales team, we are now looking for a Telesales Executive. This is a brand-new role with a focus on generating leads through cold calling from an established prospect list. The ideal candidate will have telesales experience dealing with large volume calls in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities as a Telesales Executive:
- Making outbound calls from a list of established prospects to identify and qualify potential returning buyers.
- Ensuring lead generation process is followed to ensure full compliance and maintain accurate records on the company CRM with information as required.
- Develop knowledge of car models, features and pricing to effectively address initial customer enquiries
- Track and follow up with potential leads to nurture interest and secure enquiries.
- Maintain excellent customer service ensuring customers have a full understanding on the process and enquiry progression.
- Liaise with external parties and other departments as needed in a professional and courteous manner, passing on any relevant information as necessary to customers and other teams.
- Ensuring all follow up processes are followed and recorded appropriately.
- Communicate feedback from customers internally to management.
- Ensure compliance in all FCA guidance and accreditation.
About You as a Telesales Executive:
- Experience in a telesales role dealing with high volume calls (ideally at least 2 years)
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not essential
- Passionate about sales and exceeding targets
- You ll be highly motivated and have a meticulous attention to detail
- Quick to establish rapport and trust with customers
- Confident, compassionate and sincere
- Driven and motivated to solve problems and provide a high-level service
- An exceptional communicator and highly organised with the ability to form relationships and build rapport with people quickly
- Ability to think on your feel and multitask.
- Great team player, willing to support and assist your sales colleagues.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable using CRM s and the complete Microsoft suite but especially Outlook, Word and Excel. You ll have a natural ability to communicate with a broad range of people and to negotiate and influence people.
The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 9.00am 6.00pm and Saturdays 10.00am - 2.00pm as required.
