Senior Application Support Analyst - Luxury Goods / Retail / Ecommerce Up to £55,000 base salary + benefits London/Hampshire - 2 - 3 x days per week We have a fantastic opportunity to join a highly prestigious and industry-leading luxury consumer goods brand who are going through a large-scale technology and digital transformation. The organisation has a history stretching back over 300 years and are renowned for their commitment to quality, tradition, and expertise, and has long been associated with high-profile clientele, including royalty. Here you'll be joining a small team that is responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line day to day support for all core business and eCommerce Applications, triaging user business issues to work collaboratively with 3rd party suppliers to ensure solutions are provided. Responsibilities will include: Providing Application support for all IT core business applications, which includes logging the nature of the problem, investigating and resolving where possible Escalating urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate resources within the company or externally as needed. Working to identify recurring challenges and engaging in root cause analysis and problem resolution Key experience you will need: Minimum 5 years' experience of Application support, particularly in a Retail environment, supporting multiple applications and managing suppliers Must be fully computer literate with experience of one or more of the following - Adobe Commerce, SAP S4HANA, Creatio and Web applications Brilliant communication skills and customer service skills, a team player This company is modest in size but ambitious, this is an excellent opportunity to get involved with new technologies as they embark on some exciting new customer centric strategies.
