Corporate Governance LeadWoodford GreenHours: 28 hours per weekThis is a great time to join this amazing charity as a Corporate Governance LeadThis exciting role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work directly with the CEO, SLT and Trustees providing practical support.As the Corporate Governance Lead, you will oversee the charity's key corporate governance documents, including the Articles of Association and the Board Assurance Framework alongside being the Policy Manager for the organisation.You will organise and attend board meetings, taking minutes, distributing board papers and sending out action points. You will also be responsible for all the statutory filing.About youYou will have had experience supporting Board and Chairs in a similar role.
