Lead Business Analyst - Commodity Trading - London - up to £135k + 30% bonus
Cititec Talent has partnered with a Commodity Trading firm seeking a Lead Business Analyst to work on a range of projects including implementations and the delivery of constant system improvement. The Lead BA will also be tasked with leading a small team of BA's in the physical commodities space.
You'll also work closely with other areas of the business whilst documenting requirements, managing senior stakeholders, and participating in and leading daily scrums, sprint reviews & planning.
Experience required: To have a background working in a Commodity trading environment Strong experience working with physical commodities To be able to produce business process models and functional specifications Experience with a variety of implementation projects Strong knowledge of the full trade lifecycle To be able to lead and manage the deliverables of other Business Analysts in the team Excellent written and verbal communication skills
