- 2+ years experience in tech recruitment? Check.

What You’ll Be Doing
You already know recruitment isn’t a 9-to-5 desk job—it's a dynamic, fast-paced career where no two days are the same. Here's what you'll be sinking your teeth into:
- Building Relationships: Identify high-growth prospects, open up new accounts, and drive new business.
- Sourcing Top Talent: Market mapping, proactive outreach, and screening A-grade candidates who are ready for their next big career move.
- Social Selling: Establish your niche in the tech world through social media presence and thought leadership.
- Pipeline Management: Stay on top of your candidates and clients, ensuring smooth processes and great outcomes.
- Supporting Directors: Play a crucial role in bulk sourcing and key projects.
- Client Visits: Get out there and meet the people driving the tech industry forward.
