The role:

The job holder will oversee our high-profile broker agreements and will support the Commercial Operations manager in co-ordinating swift action in response to escalations. This role will have future scope to manage 3 member of staff and be responsible for commission reporting and commission invoicing


A paramount responsibility is stakeholder management: effectively communicating to ensure relationships with brokers are maintained and that the service level provided remains at a high quality and communicate with a range of stakeholders internally such maintain good relationships with Sales, Commercial, Pricing and Finance.


Role Details:

  • Salary: £40,000 to £45,000
  • Bonus: Up to 20%

Role Purpose:

  • Responsible for the Commission reporting of TEGP’s priority and complex partners within agreed SLAs.
  • Support the Commissions escalation process – ensuring progress is communicated and expectations are managed with internal stakeholders.
  • Support the team to ensure relationships with brokers are maintained and that the service level provided remains at a high quality (inc. being present in brokers meetings where necessary).
  • Ensure Commission Invoices are validated and paid within payment terms.
  • Highlight areas of underperformance/areas of concern - working with Sales, the broker and Commercial to implement measures to cover TGPs risk or operational challenges.
  • Work closely with the Commissions Risk team to understand and support the implementation of any required changes.


Experience Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts.

Excellent Stakeholder management skills

Experienced in data analysis and reporting. As well as strong analytical problem-solving skills.
