We're offering an exciting opportunity for a qualified Carpenter to join a leading construction, development, and property services company, renowned for it's strong partnerships with local authorities and housing associations.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking all carpentry repairs and maintenance tasks to achieve first time fix and deliver a high standard of workmanship in a timely and productive manner.
• Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaking and materials used after each job undertaken.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
• Carpentry / Joinery Apprenticeship, City & Guilds Carpentry, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Wood Occupations (essential)
• Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
