Customer Success Manager - Up to £50,000 Basic Salary + Benefits

Our products have been safeguarding data across the globe, and we continue to build on the solid foundation laid by our flagship backup software.
Key Responsibilities: Customer-Focused Management:
Steers customers towards ultimate satisfaction through expert oversight and personalized recommendations. Product Proficiency:
Gain an in-depth knowledge our clients solutions. Educate and empower customers with information on new features and releases. Success Planning:
Develop tailored plans to ensure customers consistently meet their business targets. Strategic Reviews:
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews aligning our services with customer strategic ambitions. - Trend Analysis: Monitor usage trends to draw insights and offer informed recommendations. Health-Checks:
Evaluate customer satisfaction proactively through regular assessments. Retention & Renewal:
Identify renewal risks and collaborate across teams to secure successes. Value Demonstration:
Drive retention by illustrating the value of our products through quarterly analyses. Customer Advocacy:
Relay customer feedback to internal teams to improve product quality and service experiences.
Qualifications Required:
Proven experience within a similar role, ideally within the Cyber Security/SaaS arena
