Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager ? Lead and inspire the team to fulfil their potential every day using our Leadership & Company Principles ? Diligently check and work deliveries, managing the till area and monitoring KPIs ? Be a friendly face for every customer, offering excellent service and helping with all customer queries ? Competently comply with Health and Safety laws, standards and guidelines What youll need ? Experience leading and developing a team in a challenging, fast-paced environment ? Excellent communication skills to help your colleagues and customers in a friendly and open way ? A knack for time management, delegation and problem-solving ?
