Customer Support Officer £13.02 37 hours per week Redditch Kingfisher Shopping Centre B97 4HB 12-week contract with potential to extend Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Redditch Borough Council for a Customer Support Office to be the first point of contact for anyone enquiring information such as housing applications, benefits, and council tax. This role will include reception duties, responding to customer enquiries and signposting customers where appropriate and receiving and scanning documents from the Town Hall reception. The ideal candidate will be computer illiterate and have proven experience of interacting with customers face to face- reception or simular.
