The Role

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining their Salesforce platform. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to optimise our customer relationship management system and deliver tailored solutions that meet both business and customer needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain customised Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with Salesforce features and integrations.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce updates and innovations, ensuring the platform evolves in line with best practices.
  • Support user training and system adoption across the business.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with at least 2+ years of hands-on development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce tools, including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning frameworks.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, web services, etc.).
  • Knowledge of best practices in Salesforce development and configuration.
  • Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I or II) preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
