Commercial Director, Privately owned diagnostics Lab
Latchmore is working with a well established privately owned diagnostic laboratory in Hertfordshire serving NHS and private healthcare clients.
They have grown to c£8m revenue with >£2.5m EBITDA and a strong balance sheet through clinical and service excellence, being an employer of choice, and continual improvement.
They are expanding into larger premises and wish to grow to the next level.
Reporting to the managing director, they are seeking a commercial director to
- Build and lead the business development team
- Development marketing and promotional activities
- Initiate and lead major contract negotiations and tender responses
- Participate in the overall management of the business as part of the senior team
The successful candidate will have a track record of successful commercial/ business development leadership in the UK healthcare market, and will share the founders passion for delivering high quality patient centred services.
The package is competitive and includes long-term incentives.
The client is also seeking an additional business development manager in the South East.
