Job Description Peripatetic Care Manager - Mental Health Services Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 As a Peripatetic Manager you will be supporting a number of Mental Health services across the London and Berkshire area; You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple facilities and ensuring consistent high standards of care. This role presents a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of service users. The ideal candidate will have a robust and proven managerial track record, with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Hospital Manager. They should demonstrate a strong history of successfully overseeing hospital operations, including managing large teams, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and improving patient care standards. Experience in implementing healthcare innovations, leading quality improvement initiatives, and fostering a collaborative work environment is highly desirable. Qualifications: Nurse qualification (RMN or RNLD) and a valid UK NMC Pin Demonstrated experience in a management role within the healthcare or social care sector, with a minimum of 3 years hospital manager experience. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices for the provision of care services. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and support. Valid UK driving license, with access to a car Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operational management of multiple facilities, offering leadership and guidance to staff members. Ensure full compliance of all facilities with relevant regulations and standards, and drive necessary changes to achieve and maintain compliance. Collaborate with senior management to devise and execute strategic plans for continuous improvement and growth. Offer mentoring and support to facility managers, assisting them in achieving their professional development objectives.
