Deputy General Manager- Monday - Friday

We are excited to be recruiting for a Deputy General Manager to work at Royal College of Pathologists. We are looking for an experienced Deputy General Manager who can manage a team of 10-14. Location: Royal College of Pathologists Rate of pay: £40,000 per annum + bonus Working pattern: Monday - Friday with some weekends when required. Shift patterns vary between 7am and 5pm with events running on occasion from 6pm to 11pm We are looking for an enthusiatc Deputy General Manager to join our growing events team in Alie street. You'll have previous Events & Hospitality experience where you've had overall responsibility for the daily operation ensuring the service is delivered in line with the client requirements and company brand. Other key responsibilities and accountabilities: Involved in menu development to assist with sales. An understanding of the finance and budget requirements of a commercial business. Manage the company health, hygiene, quality and safety standards as set out in the appropriate manuals. Confidence in providing feedback and coaching to any member of staff . What's in it for you?
