Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage high-end residential projects from conception to completion. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor progress and manage risks to ensure timely delivery. Maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: Proven experience in project management within the high-end residential sector. Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management methodologies.
