Technical Service Manager

A Technical Services / M&E Manager - Central London

O'Neill & Brennan are currently on the search for a Technical Services / M&E Manager for a growing Main Contractor.

The project is based in Central London.

Project Details;

• Value 50+
• Currently on Stage 4 ( Shortly moving onto Stage 5)
• Fit Out
• Shell & Core

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee one M&E contractor, ensuring project interests are safeguarded
• Maintain hands-on involvement on-site with the support of a junior manager
• Manage MEP insulation and ensure quality assurance and commissioning are completed to high standards
• Drive the project from start to finish, focusing on delivery and QA/QC

Requirements:

• Strong experience managing M&E packages on 40m + projects.
• Experience with either a sub-contractor or main contractor/developer 3-5 years
• ideally immediately available ( will wait for the right candidate) and flexible for a 1st stage interview.
• Have expeience with commercial projects
