Are you a Nursery Support Assistant seeking a fulfilling role in Kettering? We are looking for dedicated individuals to aid in SLCN Support ‘not school ready’. Requirements: * Experience in a UK Early Years Assistant role or similar position with 1:1 Support. * Valid DBS check on the Update Service, or a willingness to obtain one. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * A dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children in an educational setting. * Ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Key Responsibilities: * Assist the lead educator in delivering the EYFS curriculum effectively. * Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environments for all children. * Provide tailored support to a pupil in EYFS (reception year) who faces challenges in interacting with peers, including in-class support and one-on-one activities. * Participate in the planning and delivery of engaging educational experiences. * Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to foster positive outcomes for every child Location: This position is based in Kettering, allowing you to contribute to the local community by supporting young learners on their educational journey.
