On behalf of a leading outdoor sports company, we are searching for an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager to drive brand growth and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports or consumer marketing, a love for outdoor adventure, and the ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that resonate with outdoor enthusiasts. This role is perfect for a creative, data-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a deep understanding of how to connect with an active and dynamic target audience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company’s overall marketing strategy across digital, retail, and event platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including social media, email, content, influencer partnerships, and outdoor events.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, ensuring the brand stays ahead in the outdoor sports industry.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop campaigns that align with product launches, promotions, and seasonal trends.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including PR agencies, designers, and event coordinators, to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation to deliver high-impact campaigns with strong ROI.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance data, reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns and adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, outdoor festivals, and trade shows.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the outdoor sports, adventure, or lifestyle industry.
  • Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand growth and customer loyalty.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation strategies relevant to the outdoor sports community.
  • Experience with event marketing, influencer partnerships, and retail marketing is highly advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and external partners.
