Join Our Clients Team as an Extrusion Operator! Location: Winsford Hours & Shifts: 4-on-4-off shift pattern, alternating between 2 days (7am-7pm) and 2 nights (7pm-7am), followed by 4 rest days. Shifts include a paid 1-hour lunch break and two paid 15-minute breaks Salary: £31,175.20 Are you looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic production environment? We’re seeking Extrusion Operators to work in an environment where high-quality polythene film for a variety of industries, including agriculture, food, and industrial sectors is produced. If you’re motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! What You’ll Do: As an Extrusion Operator, you’ll be responsible for running production lines to create polythene film products that meet customer specifications. You’ll manage order changes, perform quality control checks, and ensure that all finished products are packaged to the highest standards. Safety is a top priority, so you’ll work to maintain a clean and secure environment, following all health and safety guidelines. Plus, you'll get to use your problem-solving skills to keep production on track. What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking candidates with a strong work ethic who can handle the manual aspects of the role, and who are comfortable with shift patterns and long hours. Experience in manufacturing, particularly in extrusion or continuous improvement, is a plus. A hands-on, enthusiastic approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are key to thriving in this role.
