- Collaborate with the project and design teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and business development goals.
- Proven experience in a business development role within the M&E subcontracting sector.
- Strong understanding of government framework projects and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
