Industry Specialist Sales

Role: Industry Specialist – Sales & Advisory (Shoring & Groundworks)

Location: Hybrid Remote in South West Birmingham

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking an Industry Specialist with expertise in shoring and groundworks equipment to join our clients. This individual will play a pivotal role in promoting a range of products and ensuring that clients and sales teams are equipped with the technical knowledge they need.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and delivering training events and demonstrations across the UK.

Key Products Include:

• Trench Sheets (Standard Lap & L8, KD6/FKD/FLP)
• Sheet Piling (AZ, ZZ, GU, PU, L)
• Shoring Edge Protection Systems
• Ancillary Equipment (Bins & Stillages)
• Related Equipment (Road Plates & Road Forms)

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients and distributors on product specifications and applications
• Collaborate with internal teams (development, design, engineering) to innovate and expand product offerings
• Host training events and product demonstrations for clients and sales teams
• Work alongside sales teams to maximise product exposure and sales opportunities
• Provide technical advice and support to both clients and internal teams on key projects
• Occasionally travel to Ireland and the Netherlands for international projects (mostly remote)

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 7 years in the shoring and groundworks industry
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of shoring and groundworks equipment
• Communication Skills: Ability to train and advise both clients and sales teams
• Problem-Solving: Passionate about developing solutions to meet industry challenges
