HR Data Analyst £45,000-£50,000 Leicester Hybrid, 3 days on site, 2 days from home Are you a HR Data Analyst that wants to join an organisation where you can make a real difference? Have you always wanted to set up an organisation’s first ever HR dashboard and help educate a business on the power of people metrics? I am supporting a large organisation in Leicestershire to source their first ever HR Data Analyst. This role will be reporting into the Head of People Services and building the people metrics from scratch! The organisation have a keen appetite to be able to become more data savvy but haven’t had the capability in the team to support this appetite until now! The role will be c75% data reporting, data manipulation, analysing trends and providing MI to the People Leadership Team, and c25% working on the HRIS. This will be a standalone role in a HR centre of excellence to drive the HR data agenda forward and create dashboards and reports for the very first time. You will be working with a very capable and well respected HR team and play a key role in supporting each and every specialism within the HR centre of excellence. So, what’s the role? Cleanse and manipulate HR data using excel Build HR dashboards in excel and/or PowerBI Support the new HRIS launch, acting as the voice for the people data and making sure the system can provide the metrics needed Work with the HR Leadership Team to explore what people metrics need to be reported on in the short and long term Pull and present HR data reports to the HR Leadership Team and organisational Board Support the Reward Manager on pulling data for Reward specific projects, including Gender Pay Gap, National living wage etc. Advise the Head of People Services on what potential the people data could offer the business and help shape the future plan for people metrics internally So, if you’ve got experience in the above and are ready to create something really exciting, please apply now!
