Job Requirements / Description
Contracts Administrator, Permanent, Belfast, £30-35K annual salary Update, development and maintenance of Company digital project platform - Procore. Register and save all incoming drawings and documentation in the correct location in accordance with a BIM protocol. Audit and date received information to ensure that we have received the correct version of each item. Keep all documents up to date and register as out of date any superseded items. Quality checking of documentation before distribution to client document management systems. Register and upload outgoing drawings and documentation to client document management systems (4P etc). Collation of enquiry packs for sending out to supply chain for pricing and management of pricing enquiries. Assist project teams in issuing documentation to main contractors/clients and supply chain. Assist project teams with the drafting of O&M Manuals. Assisting project teams in the collection and compilation of weekly timesheets from site. Ensuring Companywide compliance with saving, archiving and sharing of Company documents.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in the construction industry in an administrative/project role Experience in project implementation Strong IT skills, and experience in developing systems Excellent oral and written communication skills Organised, with experience in managing and prioritising tasks and workload

£30000-£35000 annual salary Permanent position 8.30-5 Mon-Thurs, 8.30-1 Fri 29 days annual leave +1 per extra year (up to 5 years) Private health care after a year On site parking
