Technical Manager

This position is responsible for the full Technical and Hygiene function. You will provide an efficient and effective Technical and Hygiene service ensuring product safety, quality and legality, as well as compliance with corporate and site policies and procedures to benefit the business and customers. You will drive and deliver the highest technical and hygiene standards against major retail requirements. You will also portray excellent communication skills and inspirational leadership – both are critical to succeed in this role, as are organisational skills and a structured approach to the daily routines for yourself and also for the team you will be leading.
