Technical Due Diligence Consultant - Energy/Oil and Gas Competitive (hybrid working) London, Stockport Allen & York are excited to be working with a leading global organisation, providing risk and assurance services to a variety of clients. Our client is looking for a passionate Technical Due Diligence Consultant or Technical Engineers looking to work in due diligence to join the Transactions & Business Advisory team, supporting clients through their energy transition journey, with a particular focus on due diligence for M&A project financing. You'll have a strong academic background in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline, with significant engineering experience and a broad understanding of financial models. Highly numerical, you'll be skilled in excel, with the ability to understand complex financial or market models. An excellent all-round communicator, you'll have the ability to define and explain complex technical issues and solutions to non-technical clients and stakeholders. You'll be analytical and solution orientated, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights and provide recommendations. Experience in the due diligence process would be advantageous to this role. A willingness to travel to the key hubs in London and Manchester will be required to aid collaboration with colleagues and clients.
