We support the Technical Department in coaching and auditing their practices to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. Quality Assurance officer will gain experience in applying their skills and knowledge to a dynamic company providing services in different key sectors with your portfolio of projects, you will contribute to:Reaching the expected Quality Maturity level by:Support projects in determining customer requirements regarding quality and project management.Control Quality Assurance plans and communication with respective project teams and customers.Carry out quality reviews for selected projects, as defined in the Quality Assurance strategy (e.g. attending customer meetings).Control and report Quality indicators such as Right First Time, On Time Delivery and Customer Satisfaction.Carry out internal audits (including end to end delivery sampling) and follow-up corrective actions.Support external audits (Customer/Certification).Perform Root cause analysis and follow-up of corrective actions in case of non-conformities or customer complaints.Report and raise alerts, at the appropriate level, in case of deviations from the ALTEN Delivery Framework and other ALTEN processes and ensuring a continual Improvement approach.Who are we looking for?The ideal candidate will possess a proactive/resilient mindset.Alongside 1-3 years of experience in Quality, either as a Quality Assurance Engineer or Junior Quality Assurance officer.The Ideal candidate should also be a people person, with strong communication & Presentation skills.Technical Skills: Knowledge ISO9001, AS9100.The Candidate should also possess a desire to grow within the role as well as the company.This role will require you to have or be willing to go through Security Clearance. As part of the onboarding process, candidates will be asked to complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard; details of the evidence required to apply may be found on the government website Gov.UK. If you are unable to meet this and any associated criteria, then your employment may be delayed, or rejected.
