Description

• Plan and manage the routing of deliveries and collections to achieve maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on transport performance, ensuring all service levels are met.
• Communicate effectively with customers, responding to their needs and managing their expectations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transport legislation.
• Work closely with other departments to facilitate the smooth running of operations.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement changes as necessary.
• Manage and resolve any issues or disruptions in the transport plan.
