Position Overview: Location: Sketch, London Hours: 44 - 50 hours per week Salary: £39,000 per year Role Responsibilities: Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth, high-standard restaurant operations. Lead and motivate the Front of House team, fostering a positive culture focused on guest excellence. Support the Restaurant Manager in managing all Front of House responsibilities. Uphold sketch's high standards and contribute to a seamless guest experience. What Were Looking For: Experience: Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a restaurant setting is essential.
