A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Sous Chef to join Restaurant Associates delivering world class hospitality for our partner February to December This role requires the successful applicant to travel and work abroad for approximately half of the year beside a high performance team within Formula 1 Restaurant Associates bring fabulous hospitality to life in workplaces and venues. Key Responsibilities : Assist the Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations and ensuring high-quality food preparation Ensure completion of daily kitchen activities and maintain standards of food safety and hygiene Collaborate with the culinary team to design and execute innovative menus for team members and VIP guests Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment Adapt to different locations and kitchen setups, ensuring consistency and excellence in all dishes Requirements : Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-pressure environment Strong leadership skills with a passion for food and service Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings and adapt to changing circumstances Flexibility to travel internationally for extended periods Join us in creating exceptional dining experiences in one of the most thrilling environments-apply today!
