Global CRM E-mail Designer

Purpose of the role:Due to the expansion of the Global CRM team we are looking for E-mail Designer for generating and developing visual communication for our global CRM deliveries that drive customer engagement and increase sales .What will you do? Produce engaging on-brand visual content assets for global CRM journeys in an efficient manner.Collaborate with the CRM team to understand the target audience and create email designs that resonate with them and deliver strong click-through rates, engagement, and conversion.Ensure all email designs are mobile-responsive and compatible with various email clients and devices.Stay up to date with design trends, email best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve email designs and performance.Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven design decisions.Edit content in SFMC according to specs and create templates in SFMC.Produce visual content upon request and add it to SFMC.Make sure our CRM deliverables follow the global creative guidelines.Your background and your qualifications:Fluent English.Minimum 5 years in the digital creation field.A degree within Design/Communication (or equivalent professional knowledge).Experience working in both Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.UX understanding is a plus.HTML/CSS knowledge .Ability to adapt branding and content depending on trends, strategic changes, technical framework.Experience creating content for CRM.A true passion for fashion and beauty.Willingness to work flexibly to accommodate varying time-zones.Having excellent communication skills and the ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy under tight deadlines.What do we offer?Working at Oriflame means working in a global company defined by a dynamic culture, meaningful work, and professional growth; this is what we offer our employees.
