Parts Advisor

Job Title: Parts Advisor Location: Buckingham Job Type: Permanent Overview: Unify are thrilled to be recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join a busy and established Agricultural Dealership based near Buckingham. You will be tasked with working within a busy dealership environment, maintaining stock levels and ordering specialist parts. What do I need? * Capable of working effectively in high-pressure environments with attention to detail * Passion for industries like Automotive, Agricultural, Commercial Vehicles or Groundcare machinery * Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction * Ability to be flexible to take part in a Saturday morning shift rota. Responsibilities: * Be able to provide parts advice to customers * Dealing with enquires in person, telephone or emails * Be involved with stock control – unloading and storing * Processing orders and keeping customers up to date * Picking orders, producing labels, allocating stock and component kits
