Job Title: Regional Head (key account) Company: A famous wind power company Location: Europe (Option to choose base in Germany, France, UK) Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are at the forefront of the renewable energy industry, providing innovative wind power solutions (both Shanghai Wind and Onshore Wind). We are currently looking for a highly experienced senior professional in the wind power sector to drive our business growth in the European market. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives for our key European accounts. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with major clients, ensuring their needs are met with our tailored wind power solutions. Work closely with our cross-functional teams to facilitate customer satisfaction and project success. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand Wind Power Europe's market presence. Manage complex sales negotiations and closures, navigating lengthy sales cycles with finesse. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor insights, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions. Requirements: Proficiency in English is essential for this role. Knowledge of additional European languages is a significant advantage. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. A minimum of 8 years' experience in sales or business development, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in the renewable energy sector. A demonstrable history of successfully managing and expanding major accounts. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities. Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Europe as part of the role. Familiarity with wind power technology and the renewable energy landscape is beneficial. Qualities: A customer-focused mindset with an innate understanding of client requirements. Strategic thinking and the capability to devise and execute effective sales strategies. Collaborative spirit and robust interpersonal skills.
