Retail Shops Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Shop Manager to join our team and lead our flagship store. --- Store Operations: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. - Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, and cleanliness. - Manage inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate and align with sales trends. Sales and Customer Service: - Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed store targets. - Team Management: - Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. - Schedule staff shifts and manage employee performance. - Financial Management: - Monitor store finances, including budgeting, sales analysis, and expense management. - Prepare and present financial and sales reports to senior management. - Implement cost-saving measures without compromising store quality and customer satisfaction. Marketing and Promotions: - Coordinate in-store events, promotions, and marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing strategies. - Leverage social media and other digital platforms to enhance brand presence and engage with the community.
