Mobile Maintenance Supervisor - West & South West London - Up to £47,250 per annum + Vehicle & Fuel Card A fantastic opportunity has emerged to join a respected building services company as a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor on a commercial maintenance contract in West and Southwest London. The Role: We’re looking for a proactive, multi-skilled individual with a background in commercial building maintenance and supervisory experience. As a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee a team of mobile engineers across multiple sites, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Key Duties & Responsibilities * Report directly to the Operations Manager. * Assist with daily contract operations as needed. * Oversee maintenance staff and subcontractors on contracts, managing KPIs and SLAs with the manager. * Maintain all reports, site log books, and ensure documentation readiness for audits. * Supervise contracted, PPM, and reactive M&E, and fabric maintenance services to ensure compliance. * Record maintenance data in both manual and electronic formats. * Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding service delivery and additional work opportunities. * Support engineering manager and service desk with additional works quotes, and attend client meetings as required. Requirements * Electrically or mechanically qualified (C&G / NVQ Level 2&3 – Essential). * Proven track record in commercial building maintenance. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Experience managing workloads and prioritizing tasks. * Attend weekly client meetings to ensure alignment on service goals. Salary & Benefits * Salary: Up to £47,250 per annum, dependent on experience. * Working Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. * Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays. * Annual Bonus: Up to 5%. * Vehicle & Fuel Card: Provided. * Life Insurance: 1.5x salary value. * Pension: In line with legal requirements. * Overtime: Available, with enhanced rates (Mon-Sat AM 1.5x, Sat PM-Sun 2x, BH 2x + day in lieu).
