We are looking for a food and drink lover, who is interested in the world of communications/social media/ influencer management as a potentially sector for future roles, to join our creative, dynamic team in London. It will be a varied role across a wide range of food and drink clients. We’re especially looking for can do attitudes, lots of energy and enthusiasm and real team players. We have been winning plenty of interesting new business, to whet the appetite, making this is an exciting time to be a part of the team.

THE ROLE

In collaboration with the Account Managers from both Trade and Press Relations departments, you will participate in the execution of 360 marketing and communication projects for various clients. Your daily tasks will include (but won’t be limited to):

Supporting your manager and the operational teams (Trade and Press Relations) in the daily management of clients as well as in the development of marketing plans.

Press Relations Researching and drafting press releases Sampling client products to media Developing media clipping reports Drafting social media posts

Trade Marketing Monitoring and ensuring the production of communication materials in accordance with a well-defined graphic charter Assisting in creating and distributing email newsletters and campaigns through the internal CRM system, ensuring they are optimized for delivery and engagement Assisting and participating in the organization of trade shows and events

Campaign development: Tracking and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) for Trade, PR and Digital campaigns providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement Carrying out market monitoring, market analyses/studies, positioning studies Participating in brainstorming and meetings during the preparation phase of a campaign

Operations & Accounting Storage and logistics Ad hoc financial support

YOU WILL HAVE….

An understanding of the marketing landscape. Any previous related internships or experience would be advantageous. An interest in the food and drink industry and a desire to discover the world of communication and marketing A good communicator both orally and in writing Strong organisational skills Team player and someone who enjoys learning and working within a team Good understanding of Microsoft Official tools A passion for events and happy to attend these on an ad hoc basis Good interpersonal skills Knowledge of a foreign language would be an advantage Eligible to work in the UK.
