Your Role and Responsibilities During your first year, you will: Source and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent roles. Create professional CV profiles to market to clients. Collaborate with our sales teams to increase successful candidate placements. Aim to meet weekly targets and KPI's set in partnership with your manager. Earn commission throughout your journey.
