Office Manager Milton Keynes £45k per annum This is an opportunity for you to not to miss, to work for a company that is progressing quickly where this role has come about due to a internal promotion. You will be expected to efficiently manage all business functions by responding to queries and requests from all levels of seniority within the company. The job role will include: Responsible for the daily management of the import/export function Train and develop teams members, producing development plans where required. Assist with managing the logistics and shipping. Raise POs and manage expenses of employees. Supporting the on site managers with administration requests and assisting with reports & documents when required. Host internal meetings and take minutes to distribute to teamFor this role you will need to have strong experience within import/export as you'll be managing the daily duties this brings. Strong IT skills especially within Excel and MS Office.
