Care Coordinator £27k - £30k per year Staines upon Thames Full Time - Mon-Fri Must be a car driver

Harry at Amber Mace is working with a growing Homecare client in the Staines-Upon-Thames are that is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator due to company growth. the successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow alongside the business as it continues to expand If you have care experience, particularly as a Field Care Supervisor, and are familiar with rostering systems (Webroster/Access Care Planning), we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities: •

Coordination: Manage care staff rosters and client schedules, handle new client bookings, and provide on-call support. •

Customer & Staff Support: Act as the primary contact for clients and staff, manage incoming calls, resolve queries, and handle complaints. Maintain records of incidents and safeguarding concerns. •

HR & Training: Ensure staff training, appraisals, and compliance with policies and regulations. Lead and support the team. •

Payroll: Collate and prepare employee timesheets for payroll.

On-Call Requirement: As part of the role, you will be required to be on-call for 1 week every 4 weeks. During this week, you will be responsible for handling out-of-hours issues. Additional payment will be provided for this on-call week (Included in full package)

Requirements: •

Experience: Previous experience in the homecare or healthcare sector, ideally as a Care Coordinator or Field Care Supervisor. •

Scheduling Systems: Proficient in using rostering/scheduling systems such as Webroster and Access Care Planning to efficiently manage staff and client schedules. •

Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Staines and Surrey areas to ensure timely and effective care delivery. •

Problem Solver: Proactive, solution-focused, and able to handle unexpected challenges while maintaining high service standards. •

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with clients, families, and care staff. •

Attention to Detail: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and CQC requirements. •

Flexibility: Willing to provide out-of-hours support and handle on-call duties. •

Driving: Must have a full driving license and access to a vehicle, as the role involves travelling to various locations within the Surrey area.
