Real Estate Senior Project Manager

They focus on quality and customer satisfaction, with a dedicated team ensuring professional and personalized investor returns. Role Description: Oversee all phases of high-end residential development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial targets are met. Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are understood and met, fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact, ensuring smooth project execution. Ensure that all construction work meets or exceeds company standards and client expectations for luxury residential developments. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals and drive continuous improvement. Requirements: Must have UK experience Must have project management experience in real estate development, with a focus on high-end residential projects. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; a Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes, with the ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis within the context of large-scale development projects. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to clients, contractors, and senior management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in project management software.
