I’m working with a global FMCG business who seek a strong relationship builder and problem solver to drive key strategic initiatives between the organisation and a key global customer account. In this hugely rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to re-engineer existing processes & ways of working, identify and implement new efficiencies and you will have the autonomy to devise and trial innovative new solutions.
Working at a senior level with both internal and external stakeholders, your work will be critical in strengthening relationships, securing clear supply pathways, increasing automation and ensuring that the organisation and partner business are aligned in the most effective way to deliver long-term value.
There’s a strong development pathway into senior positions or onto special projects teams.
Key skills required:
- A strong background of 6+ years in account management, B2B relationship management or customer experience is essential.
- Advanced problem-solving capability, inquisitive nature and strong initiative.
- Excellent priority management skillset is a must.
