Product Manager

Ingenii Search are currently partnering with a rapidly growing fintech payments company that’s transforming the industry with innovative solutions for leading global brands. Backed by substantial investment, they have already cemented their European customer base but are continuing to expand rapidly and are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to drive the development of cutting-edge products.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to gather feedback, define new products, and manage the product backlog.
• Design and develop exciting products
• Create documentation to support product usage and troubleshooting.
• Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyse data to inform product decisions.
• Ensure products meet regulatory standards by working with risk and compliance teams.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact.
• Track product performance metrics and identify improvements.
• Mitigate risks, including fraud, in collaboration with stakeholders.

Experience:

• Ideally degree educated but not essential
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar in a high-growth, fast-paced start-up environment.
• Experienced in the FinTech industry or knowledgeable of payments in UK and EU.
• Ideally bi-lingual but by no means essential
