With their offices based in the heart of the West End, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and highly professional environment.The Executive Assistant Role:The successful candidate will hold prior CEO support experience. Day to day duties will include but aren’t limited to:Complex diary managementTravel arrangementsOrganisation of events and conferences and supporting logisticsForward planning and detailed mapping of a highly demanding diary (business and private)Preparing documents and presentationsAssisting with creation of media updates including LinkedIn and other platformsExperience in contributing to, formatting, producing, and circulating Board and Committee papersLiaising with internal and external stakeholdersPrivate support duties.The Successful Executive Assistant will be:Previous experience supporting a CEO (or equivalent seniority) on 1:1 basisPrior financial services industry experienceBe professional and diligent with a high level of discretionHighly proactiveHave strong proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteHave excellent communication & organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectivelyBe a team-orientated individual with an efficient and can-do approachThe Details and Benefits:Salary dependent on experienceStandard hours: 9am-5:30pm, with flexibility to support out of hours as requiredHybrid working – 1-2 days working from home per weekA range of excellent company benefits including bonus scheme, pension contribution etc.If this sounds like the Executive Assistant opportunity you’ve been looking for, please apply today!
