An opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of both cloud implementation projects and operational delivery methods from a leading market player in the rapidly evolving IT services sector. You will join an experienced global team responsible for defining and implementing cloud delivery methods and governance processes that ensure our success. The coordination & execution of global governance processes for Lemongrass customer engagements & managed services The deployment & adoption of the Lemongrass Methodology to all Lemongrass teams, on all customer engagements, as part of the Governance, Risk & Compliance Team Work with the Global Delivery Leadership to ensure that the documentation & reporting calls associated with governance processes are managed and actioned effectively Quality Assurance of Project data, provide reports and trend analysis, ensuring standards are maintained, identifying issues and offering solutions Build and maintain strong relationships across all teams, including Lemongrass Customers, to support successful customer delivery Bachelor’s Degree required in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths), Business or Management related field ~ A strong track record of successful delivery in PMO/Project Management roles ~Advanced user of Microsoft Excel ~ Proficient user of Microsoft PowerPoint & Word ~ Comfortable analysing large numerical & non-numerical data sets ~ An effective, articulate communicator in both written and spoken English Inquisitive, creative, wants to learn Comfortable with remote working Knowledgeable of SAP products/services (SAP RISE is advantageous) We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, religious creed, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, genetic information, status as a protected veteran, status as an individual with a disability, or other applicable legally protected characteristics.
