Are you a highly organised, client-focused professional with a passion for managing dynamic, creative projects? We are recruiting for an Account Manager to join an innovative company that’s making waves in the media and digital content space. This fast-growing brand produces high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms, focused on connecting and inspiring an active, passionate community. If you’re ready to be part of a team that’s pushing boundaries and delivering meaningful campaigns, this is the perfect role for you.

As an Account Manager, you will be at the heart of delivering engaging content campaigns that reach a global audience. Reporting to the Commercial Lead, you will manage the entire project lifecycle from concept to completion, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and meet client expectations. You’ll also play a key role in cultivating long-term client relationships and aligning project execution with broader business goals.

Our client is a leader in creating content that motivates and inspires a diverse community, particularly within the fitness, wellness, and lifestyle sectors. Their mission is to connect like-minded individuals through captivating media that resonates across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. They are known for their energetic, inclusive company culture and their commitment to creating positive, inspiring content that celebrates a healthy, active lifestyle. As part of this growing team, you’ll work on impactful projects that bring people together and make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of managing client campaigns from start to finish, ensuring every component aligns with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create detailed project plans, managing deadlines and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, keeping communication clear, regular, and proactive to address any needs or challenges.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, making sure everyone is aligned and resources are optimized for successful project delivery.
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet the company’s high standards, with thorough reviews at each stage.
  • Partner with senior team members to develop and manage project budgets, focusing on cost efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Keep key stakeholders informed and engaged, ensuring that project outcomes align with their goals and expectations.
  • Identify and address potential risks early, implementing strategies to mitigate issues before they impact the project timeline.

What we're looking for:

  • A project management expert who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and has experience leading complex campaigns from concept to completion.
  • A client-focused professional with a talent for building strong relationships and managing multiple projects and client expectations with ease.
  • A collaborative team player who can liaise across departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • A problem solver who can navigate challenges with a positive, solutions-oriented approach and keep projects on track.
  • Someone who is adaptable and thrives in dynamic, evolving environments, able to pivot strategies when necessary without losing sight of project goals.

What You'll Receive in Return:

  • This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that shares your passion for running and fitness. You’ll be part of a team that encourages creativity, embraces innovation, and is committed to making an impact on a growing global community of runners.
  • This company offers a vibrant and collaborative environment where your contributions will directly impact project success and client satisfaction. You’ll have the chance to work with like-minded individuals who are passionate about their work and committed to creating inspiring, high-quality content that reaches a global audience.
  • Private health insurance (Vitality).
  • Running shoes and fitness gear provided.
  • Monthly team lunches and bi-annual team away days.
  • A dynamic, exercise-friendly office environment.
