Pub Operator

We are looking for a new operator to take on one of our new acquisitions. The site is based in a much loved tourist part of Shropshire, close to both amenities and a stone throw away from some of the County's main attractions. We are either looking for an individual operator or a couple. The site will be under going a planned refurbishment with right operator to start in November 2024. We are looking for someone who has: Strong business acumen that understands the balance of growing sales and controlling costs Experience of running own site. Experience in both branded and fresh food menus Local knowledge of Shropshire and surrounding areas Worked in a pub with rooms or hotel experience Good knowledge of HR/ Payroll As a self-employed partner of Valiant, you recruit, develop and manage your own team. We agree a pub business plan with you to maximise sales and profit. In return, you are rewarded with an uncapped percentage of turnover.
