As a Night Chef, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high culinary standards during the night shift. You will be responsible for food preparation and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen outside regular hours. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards. Maintain impeccable kitchen hygiene and safety practices. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service. Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control. Uphold Firmdales reputation for outstanding food quality and presentation. What you Need: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a high-end hospitality setting. Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
