HR Advisor (Possible temp to Perm)

I have an exciting position for an experienced HR Advisor to join a company who after 25 years are again growing and with this, we are open to individuals who are ideally looking to join them on a temporary basis, which could lead to a permanent position.

The role will provide support on recruitment and selection processes from advice on attraction methods, to guiding them through the on-boarding process. First level support may also be required on employee relations matters and the HR Advisor will work with the Head of HR as required.

Role requirements:

• Previous HR experience is essential.
• Ability to work at pace and to deadlines.
• Pro-active and self-motivated.
• Enthusiastic, positive outlook and approach.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• High levels of attention to detail.
• Commercially minded.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent Stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence.

Please note, the role involves working over Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm with flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.
