Account Manager - Inbound Travel

Account Manager - Inbound Travel, £45k. A leading European Destination Management Company are looking for an experienced Travel Specialist/Account Manager from an Inbound Travel company to join their growing, dynamic team to work on a hybrid basis in their West London Office.

Account Manager - Inbound Travel Key Responsibilities;

• Develop relationships with key accounts and prospective clients to increase revenue and profitability.
• Manage and convert inbound enquiries into confirmed business, focusing on international markets such as the USA, Canada, Australia, and Portugal.
• Create tailor-made itineraries, negotiate supplier agreements, and ensure client needs are met efficiently.
• Oversee bookings and ensure that all details are accurately managed in the back-office system.
• Coordinate pre-tour preparations and provide support during tours, including an emergency service outside office hours.
• Work closely with the accounts department for timely invoicing and supplier payments.
• Benchmark our services against competitors and contribute innovative ideas to the management.

Account Manager - Inbound Travel Requirements;

• Strong understanding of the travel industry, particularly in Europe and the UK.
• Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and comfort with AI tools is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and goal-driven attitude.
