For more information, please visit HONOR online at We are looking for a EU Marketing Social & Content Lead (Outsource) to join our team. Reporting directly to the EU Head of Social, Influence and Community, you will be responsible for: Managing the social media and omnichannel content strategy across Europe, including the integrated planning, development and deployment of high-impact, data-led, campaigns, alongside always-on initiatives. Supporting to build robust frameworks, playbooks, capabilities and processes that enable all local teams across Europe to maximise brand and business results. Managing online and social media communities in cooperation with the local teams, agency partners and priority platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube). Partnering with the broader marketing and sales teams to build understanding and adoption of social best-practice, and provide strategic counsel on the key opportunities to explore. Adopting a clear methodology to measure performance and ROI of all social campaigns to enable clarity on the efficiency and effectiveness of activities, to identify regional best practices and build a repeatable and consistent model across all activities. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure all processes are adhered to, including marketing budget application and management. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing or other equivalent. A specialist in social media and content marketing, with a minimum of 8 years experience at a Global agency and/or in-house. The ideal candidate will have a background in technology, FMCG or lifestyle, and of working for global brands in B2C or B2B2C. Proven track record in social media and content marketing for more than 2 brands. With a valid work permit. A deep understanding of social innovation and content strategies, with proven experience of developing and deploying pan-market activations across multiple platforms to deliver brand and business results. Content development: Experience producing clever, low-cost, quick turnaround content, as well as big brand activations and long-term creative platforms. A sense of ownership and a strong business mindset, focused on what is needed to drive impact and commercial results. Fluent in English – knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
