Inside Sales Executive

Inside Sales Executive Belfast (Hybrid) 25k, Commission after qualifying period Our client, a leading supplier of software and consultancy services across the UK & Ireland, is looking to add Inside Sales Executives to their growing team. Working alongside the field based team, the focus will be on engaging potential new customers, promoting the products and services of the business. The Role: Outbound calls to business customers, both existing and prospective with the purpose of: lead generation, appointment making, courtesy calls, follow up email, invites to events/conferences, customer service. Handle inbound calls Regularly liaise with sales team to discuss ongoing sales Update and maintain records on the CRM The Person: At least one year of outbound telesales experience, preferably in a B2B environment A motivated self starter with a 'can do' attitude Fast learner with the ability to pick up new products/services quickly Commercially aware, with the ability the identify areas to do more business Skills: Sales Telesales Benefits: Work From Home
